You could read my profile. I eventually got the gold treatment of daily 5mg Tadalafil and used the pump for rehab three times a week. Soon got stirrings. I was partial nerve sparing. To be fair it took 2 1/2 years to get natural and useable erections even if he was a bit shorter ( use the pump ). A cheap silicon cock ring can make all the difference. It can be a very long haul. They don’t tell you that and then back out of helping you. Good luck

Thanks, Chris, for your reply. Guess I was expecting it to return to normal sooner, but like you say, it's going to take time. I've used rings before all this happened, but I will give the pump a try. And yeah, I agree you don't get any support on this afterwards, unfortunately. Thanks again.

I had 50% nerve sparing surgery in April 23. I was prescribed 100mg silenadfil and use pump 3x a week. Although I’ve not had anything natural since there have been the occasional stirrings. Somewhat surprisingly a few weeks ago I noticed that for the 1st time post op I was back to pre op normality once in the mood with no need to use the pump as an aid! To say my wife was distraught was an understatement- she was ‘enjoying’ the side effects of no reactions! (Joke!!!!) It has taken us both by surprise in a pleasant way as we had thought the days of spontaneity were over. It’s still not quite as spontaneous as it was as I still need the little blue pill to get going but a big improvement over having to set the pump up. I suppose the message is be patient and let nature take its course.
