Moozel, this is an overwhelming mess. Have you contacted a cancer support group such as Maggie's Centre Leeds. Karl seems to have a very complex cancer and your sister also has terminal cancer, you really need someone to talk to who can understand everything that is going on. Of course we are here to listen, but I think you need help from professionals as well. Obviously no one deserves to find oneself in your position. I think to use non professional language sh!t happens.
If you wanted to contact PALS at the hospital you could complain about the appalling service you have received, though I think you have enough on your plate without getting involved in a bureaucratic procedure which won't change the outcome.

You really do need support because this will become overwhelming in itself let alone the fact that you are also dealing with your sister's cancer.

Hi, I am sorry to read this. Reading of your feelings of sadness, grief and anger was touching and reminded me of the stages of grief which led me to thinking some advice might be helpful. Perhaps you could call Macmillan who offer support of all kinds.
