He was initially diagnosed with Stage 2 PCa from the MRI - it appeared that the Onco was being (over??) cautious and waiting for something further to develop before starting on a more traditional HT and SRT treatment plan. I'm not medically trained of course so just going off what I have been treated with which involved immediate HT and 33 sessions of SRT but I was diagnosed Stage 4.
