Hooray for Invicorp!

I spoke to the guy responsible for Invicorp in Evolan, the Swedish manufacturer, this week. He advised they’d had a production issue but that supplies had been shipped to the UK last week and should be ok from now on. My pharmacy has told me tonight their supplier now has it and I’ll get it tomorrow. And the Invicorp.

I also tried this last November at a very low dose in the urologists office and it did absolutely nothing but give me a semi and pain, which was far worse than  with nothing or with pills. Possibly a misfire or low dose.

I might be sounding like a broken record- but finally this month I will be starting Invicorp.

I had Botox for the pelvic floor  muscles, which reduced pain but has  made it even harder to acheive an erection, plus now the emotional stress of it is creating a  mental block.

I can get turned on, so arousal isnt an issue its  getting it hard enough and moreso keeping it thats the issue.

I can still get good erections by myself- which is demoralising.

Is anyone aware of any reasons why it may not work because of my muscle related issues that cause the ED?

Also when finding the right spot.. which for me in the biggest hurdle...   not too far from the base in the right or left side at 10 or 2 right? How far in is best to insert?

Again, thank you for welcoming me here despite not having the more profound ED or cause of ED as the rest of the guys here.

ED forums or pages simply do not have  any information about Invicorp, its all Trimix Trimix Trimix, which you cant get here in the Uk and  I assume would only cause the pain I had with Viridal Duo anyway.

Thanks

I saw you had problems with the injection technique at the start and then followed the other guys advice, what changed with your technique that made it work?

Thanks.

I've injected the same areas as you and put the half the needle length in. You need to massage the injection area. If you hit the right spot you hardly feel any resistance to the needle. Practise makes perfect. The erections are about 80% as good as my old natural ones. They are good enough for penetrative sex and last about 90 mins to two hours.

Great stuff mate! I'm so pleased that it at least had some effect. I'd say my erections are about 80% as good as those pre-op. Make sure that you massage the injection site to spread the drug.

I've noticed it works better when you you're standing rather than lying down. Something to do with blood pressure I think.

Keep practising and hopefully the erections will get better.

Question I meant to ask before. If you misfire is it obvious fairly soon, ie if I misfire and it doesnt work can I take a pill afterwards? Or could it be dangerous if it suddenly kicks in? Kind of askward to not quite know 100% if  your penis is going to be ready or not... whereas with a pill you know for sure youve taken it... they just arent as reliable for getting past stress and anxeity barriers.

Thanks.

If you inject in the right place and massage to injection site, I believe that for most men it takes about 10 minutes for Invicorp to work. I've had very few failures.

As for taking pills with injections, I suppose it won't be recommended. I assume pills have to be absorb in the blood stream before take effect whereas Invicorp is a far more direct procedure and when effectively injected, immediately increases blood follow to the two chambers, the corpora cavernosa, that cause an erection.

If you can get it up with a pill alone you will definitely know if the injection has worked.

Never take both together.

Sounds like you might be better with a pill and a good cock ring, I find they help with anxiety deflation (and inflation!)

Yeah I can get a  good erection with 50-75mg viagra, or alone with 5 mg cialis.

Bad pelvic floor tightness and the resulting anxeity means they are inconsistent.

Injections seemed the logical  next step, although I was a bit concerned that the reasons for the pills not working wasnt blood flow, but psycological and  muscle related would that make priapism more likely.

Anyhow finally trying it tonight, sudofed on hand!

Would it be an idea to not use a full dose for the first time to see how  it works for me?

By the way is it ok to  make the needle up and then use it an hour later, I dont want to be making it up near the time.

Thanks.

It is OK to make up a  syringe full. In fact, I'd recommend it. It saves all the palaver of getting it ready when youre 'ready to get down to business'. 😉

Good luck mate.

Hi Jedsee

I had an appointment with the urologist last week and did the injection as he wanted to see if I had the technique right; 60% erection and a lot of pain. He suggested trying a full 20% in one side and .25g in the other side and take painkiller before. I again asked about Invicorp but he seems to think it's more to with technique. Do know if there is any pain with Invicorp?

Hi Jerry.

Invicorp has never caused me any pain.  I cannot recall anyone complaining of it causing pain, but some have complained of having pain using Caverject and other injectable drugs.

I havent tried Invicorp yet but caverject/viridal absolutely did cause me pain.  It seems fairly well recorded that Aprostadil ache is a thing and happens  quite frequesntly and I have heard this is part of the reason Invicorp is preferred in many.

I completely fumbled it.  Due to anxiety about the injection I couldnt even get a  chub on, couldnt really find the spot as it started retracting a bit, then couldnt keep my hand still and was worried about causing harm when inserting the needle if I was shaking. 😑

Ended up taking Sildenafil instead.

How do you guys stay calm during this process 😶

Just got to grab it like you mean it!

Don't give up.

Next time, hold the end of your penis with one hand, rest your injecting hand/wrist on your thigh to steady it and push the needle in.

I would always take a sharp intake of breath just as I injected. My wife always commented how I seemed to lift off the bed.

It's weird but give it another go.

Good luck.

Kev.

Important tip, if you do manage to stick it DONT just squeeze the syringe hard and hope for the best! If it's in the right place there will be no resistance to the plunger. If there is any force required to squeeze it out you have missed the target and it will all be for nothing (except perhaps s massive bruise!

It's always worth trying on your own with no pressure first...
