Hi all , I'm 4 years post op and all been ok except just recently I've been experiencing penis pain when erect. Not excruciating but uncomfortable. No pain when soft. Has anyone heard of this or is it likely unrelated?

Erection pain? Whenever I get one, the wife always seems to get a headache, if that counts.

I’m wondering if it could be Peyronie’s disease. Is there any other abnormality such as a bend or misshape?
No nothing like that visibly at all
I note you had a raise in PSA following surgery. Did you have salvage radiotherapy? If so could your pain be a consequence of earlier radiation?
No salvage IDK as the rise was a "blip" (lab error?) & two weeks later PSA was back to 0.04 and has been since
